La formación es continua y todos los equipos de PSR Removals se someten a una formación de actualización a lo largo del año para garantizar que las habilidades de embalaje y carga están al día.
Un operario de PSR con la debida formación le aconsejará sobre el embalaje de sus efectos personales y utilizará los materiales de embalaje adecuados para sus artículos domésticos.

En el proceso de un traslado internacional se realizan estos pasos: 1) Inspección previa para revisar los detalles de la mudanza
2) Se elabora el presupuesto de acuerdo a las características del traslado
3) El cliente establece la reserva de fechas de ejecución, y el momento del embalaje y recogida en el domicilio de origen.
4) Luego PSR Removals realiza el transporte por camión, barco o avión hasta la ciudad en el país de destino
5) Finalmente, la fase del desembalaje en el lugar de destino. De esta manera, se cumplen todos los términos contemplados en el contrato firmado por el cliente y el nuevo hogar queda listo para ser habitado..

Daniel recently... co-ordinated a move from Gibraltar and Spain to the UAE on our behalf. He arranged everything as we were not in either of the countries to help. His service was first class I can not recommend him enough, he kept us informed every step of the way we didn’t have to worry about anything. Daniel, the manager/owner, has been very responsive since the start and has provided me with some great durable boxes a week before the move.On the day of the move, Pepe... and Marius turned up bang on time, no hassle finding the address etc. They were very helpful, polite & professional. They really did take great care of the furniture, using proper thick covers for sofas and furniture, as well as plastic covers for mattresses. Even though great care was taken with my stuff, they were still very fast in my opinion, which helped us get to the unpacking sooner; they also meticulously stacked that van like Tetris professionals, really amazed at the amount of things they were able to get in one trip!read more

Wauw, thank you guys, for solving the problem an international moving company left me with!My large terrace table could not pass the stairways, or so they told me and I was told to hire a crane,... while the table was left somewhere downstairs. I very, very rarely write reviews but this time I'm going to make an exception. I have moved countless times both in America and Canada and back & forth across the Atlantic (Paris, London,... Connecticut, NY, London, Gibraltar, Spain) since 1999. It's been my experience that the words "seamless" and "easy" are never used when describing a move. Daniel and his team at P.S.R. Removals have changed that. They were punctual, professional, courteous and very accommodating. Nothing was lost or damaged. And they completed the entire move (packing, moving, storing) in 2 days (vs. the originally estimated 3). This was hands down the least stressful, most pleasant moving experience I've ever had.read more
